During the holidays we know you look to find your perfect gift early. Our Holiday Season starts THE beginning of November to December 24th. We will accept returns from this purchasing period until January 12th. If you are giving this as a gift, please let them know that all returns are for STORE CREDIT. Items must still meet all return requirements to be eligible for store credit

*RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR STORE CREDIT HAS BEEN APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
If your package is lost, stolen or mis-delivered we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
TWO EXCHANGE OPTIONS:
- PURCHASE THE NEW SIZE FROM OUR WEBSITE AND RETURN THE ORIGINAL SIZE WITH THE RETURN GUIDELINES AND WE WILl ISSUE A STORE CREDIT TO BE USED AT A DIFFERENT DATE.
- Return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we’ll ship the new one. A credit will be issued if the item has sold out.
Please be aware that sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for an entirely different item, please send your return back. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy for you to purchase your desired item.
Gift certificates are available in all currencies, but must be used in the currency it was purchased.
FOr example: if a Gift certificate is purchased in USD for a customer in canada, that customer must shop in USD currency when using the gift certificate, not cad.
