Return Policy

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all orders!

You have 14 days from delivery/purchase date to return all eligible items. The Store Credit does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed. NO RESTOCKING FEES!

All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Final sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks, Jewelry, Hats, Bodysuits, Dog Toys, Belts, Mystery Bags, Hair Accessories, Makeup, Swimwear, Personalized Items and/or Custom Orders.

Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided. If there is any damage to the original package OR SHOES HAVE SCUFF MARKS, your return will not be accepted. *Try shoes on in carpeted area.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Items are eligible for return if:

All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.  All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.

We have the right to decline a return if your item does not meet the requirements.  

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you believed you have purchased DEFECTIVE merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date/purchase to resolve the issue immediately. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

During the holidays we know you look to find your perfect gift early.   Our holiday return policy starts November 1st thru December 24th.  We will accept returns from this purchasing period until January 12th.  If you are giving this as a gift, please let them know that all returns are for STORE CREDIT. Items must still meet all return requirements to be eligible for store credit
